UCT Basketball Team
We were asked to shoot the Men’s and Women’s UCT Basketball Teams in light of their upcoming season. They wanted to add these shots to their promotional items in future and to “strike fear in their opponents”
The UCT court, played a special part in this with high rise ceilings and cement decor added to the cold intimating images we captured. The teams were great sports and we believe we met this brief with flying colours, what do you think?
This was our first “street styled” shoot and we could not have asked for two more awesome models than the Francis sisters. Zahraa brought along her youthful enthusiasm coupled with stunning good looks that en-captured the city life perfectly. Bold, daring and passionate, we tried to capture the every bit of the magic we could.
We had loads of fun with these two, and hope we enjoy many more.
The eldest of the Francis sisters, Tasneem was an absolute pleasure to shoot. We could not help but enjoy the moment when the shyness disappeared and she finally let go and expressed herself. Allowing us to capture the sexy women within that surely shone through in the end.
A true beauty inside and out, thank you Taz:)
One of our favourite locations which always seems to add magic to the shoot. Nestled away in the heart of Kirstenbosch, Winter ensures it’s always colourfully filled with beautiful aging trees and tall grass stretching for miles. Her smokey eyes matched the gloomy weather perfectly which added the extra drama to the visuals we were looking for.
The model was fun, adventurous and keen to take direction and was a pleasure shooting this. We hope to see you soon Jess. Thank you:)
Serena is fearless, bold and beautiful… the camera fell in love with her the minute we took the first shot… Effortless and spontaneous paired with her freedom to express herself , our first fashion shoot! Thank you Serena:)
We always seem to land up at this location during winter and it never fails to deliver. The backdrop set the scene as we imagined a “princess in the forest” theme. The landscape played an essential part in bringing our vision to life and the model’s eyes were captivating and soulful. What more could we ask for?:)
Shy, young and always keen to play along, her emotive eyes were the true stars of the show.
